We’re a team of experienced specialists who’ve been working with complex database and IT environments for years—from Microsoft SQL Server and Dynamics 365 to Oracle and PostgreSQL. We keep our feet on the ground. We’re committed and results-driven.
Brander.company is the umbrella organization behind our specialized IT brands in the fields of data, databases, CRM, and ERP. We work as a team to deliver integrated solutions for organizations throughout the Netherlands. What unites us is a down-to-earth view of technology: IT should solve problems and help your organization move forward. Not make things more complicated than necessary.
How It All Began
Brander.company’s foundation lies in data management. Many of our people come from Microsoft or have worked there for years. Others bring deep Oracle or PostgreSQL experience to the table. Together, they know the standards and pitfalls of each platform like no one else. Drawing on that broad experience, we have been working as consultants for various organizations for over 25 years.
Many organizations are too small to have their own specialist, yet too dependent on a person or a vendor who only steps in once something has already gone wrong. That’s not a pleasant situation.
That’s why, in 2019, we launched a different approach: structured management, fixed agreements, and continuous insight. No one-off hours, but subscriptions with 24/7 monitoring and proactive management. We continuously monitor performance, load, and stability. Is a server slowing down or is CPU usage consistently rising? Then we intervene before it affects you.
Everything is now brought together
In practice, we’ve found that IT issues never stand alone. Data impacts CRM, ERP, reporting, and business processes. That’s why, in recent years, we’ve made a conscious decision to broaden our expertise and bring it all together under one umbrella brand. Since 2024, CRM and ERP have also been full-fledged parts of Brander.company, and we’ve been presenting ourselves as a unified organization.
A Single Point of Contact
Working with Brander.company means working with a single team that takes responsibility for the entire project. Each specialist maintains their own depth of expertise and distinct specializations, but no one works in isolation. This means that a database issue and a CRM query are handled by the same team, so you don’t have to figure out which vendor is responsible for what. It also prevents multiple parties from pointing fingers at each other because separately managed systems aren’t optimally integrated.

Brander.company is deliberately organized in a clear and straightforward manner. The management team consists of people who are actively involved with clients and technology. Colleagues are given the space to take responsibility and buy into the company as partners. This is not just an empty slogan: several colleagues are actually co-owners.
